Hollaender Manufacturing Announces Facility Expansion

On May 6, 2022, Hollaender Manufacturing Co. broke ground on our new facility located adjacent to the main campus on Wayne Avenue in Woodlawn, Ohio.  

The $4.3 million expansion project, the biggest expansion in Hollaender’s 75-year history, is planned to finish in Q1, 2023.  The new 32,600 sq. ft. south building will increase fabrication capability for more, high quality projects and efficient and effective workflow.  Furlong Building has teamed up with The Kleingers Group to bring the design vision of M+A Architects alive on Hollaender’s existing campus. The new space will enable Hollaender’s continued investment in innovation with additional CNC machine centers, as well as a drive-in receiving bay for efficiency and quality control, increased storage space for larger inventory, “kitted” parts, and casting inventory, thus helping to better control the important supply chain.   The company’s impressive 18,200 sq. ft. foundry that houses all sand-cast foundry operations will remain while the manufacturing and north building will evolve to allow these improvements.
